Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment will result in a charge equal to the scheduled hours. This fee is necessary to accommodate the allocation of the time slot to another student. Cancellations communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call will not incur any penalties.
